Every one of their products is made not only gluten-free, but free of crustaceans, shellfish, wheat, fish, peanuts, mustard, tree nuts, dairy, sulfites, casein, sesame, soy, and eggs. Instead, they deliver healthy nutrition and flavor with quinoa, honey, buckwheat, flaxseed, cassava flour, dried fruits, and a whole slew of other scrumptious materials.

    To ensure there’s no cross-contamination with allergic foods, Enjoy Life Foods prepares and bakes everything in-house. Their Jeffersonville, Indiana facility is certified gluten-free. Additionally, none of the allergenic foods they leave out of their recipes ever sees the inside of their facility. It’s nut-free, casein-free, and more. Every supplier needs to send a full non-contamination certificate with each shipment of ingredients they provide. That, plus rigorous, regular equipment cleaning, is how the company keeps allergic customers safe, healthy, and protected.

    Enjoy Life Foods was founded back in 2001, and rolled out its first 12 super-tasty baked goods the following year. People have enjoyed these mouth-watering recipes so much that Enjoy Life’s been forced to move several times to bigger facilities to keep up with demand. The first move was in 2006, and in 2016 they opened the world’s biggest allergy-free bakery in Kentucky. Their dedication to excellence and healthy foods has gotten them several certifications along the way – the GFCO gluten-free certificate in 2005, and a 100% GMO-free certification in 2013.
