Soluble
fiber from foods such as psyllium seed husks, as part of a diet low in
saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A
serving of psyllium husk powder supplies 6 grams of the 7 grams soluble
fiber necessary per day to have this effect.

Suggested Use

Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
