Soluble fiber from foods such as psyllium seed husks, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of psyllium husk powder supplies 6 grams of the 7 grams soluble fiber necessary per day to have this effect.
Suggested Use
Vigorously mix 1 level tablespoon daily into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Great supplement
Love that it’s a lozenge. Good taste so no arguments from the teenager taking them😊

Very rough
Well, health wise I’m assuming they do what they are supposed to do but calling them a ‘lozenge’ is a stretch. After the first one (directions say to let it dissolve, do not chew) my mouth got sore. Those things are ROUGH!!! I ended up dissolving them in boiling water (not an easy task) just to get them useable.
Needless to say, after a week or so I quit using. They need to be smoother and actually have the ability to dissolve.
