    Healthier Snacking, Thanks to Siete

Grains may be responsible for some of the health problems experienced today. This is precisely why Siete has kicked grains out the door and uses healthier, natural ingredients to make their tortilla chips. Siete uses sea salt to season their chips, but they even have a tasty tortilla chip that is salt-free, too. A blend of cassava flour, coconut flour, ground chia seeds, and avocado oil form the basis for Siete tortilla chips. Dairy-free and soy-free Siete tortilla chips may provide the perfect answer to an empty spot.

The Inspiration Behind the Founding of Siete

There is some dispute about what may cause autoimmune illnesses, but it may be that adverse reactions to certain foods may play a part. This was the case with Veronica Garza, who helped found Siete. As a teen, she suffered from a number of autoimmune conditions that were affecting her quality of life. Her brother’s concern turned her attention towards the foods she was eating and found that eliminating grains helped her to feel better. But, rather than give up one of her favorite foods, tortilla chips, Veronica worked on a new way to make them, using grain-free flours. The new chips were so yummy that even her grandmother gave her the thumbs up, and Siete was born.
